In preparation for the 2008 General Election, the Pennsylvania Department of State challenged us to develop an effective, non-partisan communications campaign to generate awareness about VotesPA.com—Pennsylvania’s online voting resource center.

Considering the historic nature of the election, it was determined that ”being ready” to vote wasn’t the issue. That being the case, we crafted a message that encouraged voters to be prepared to vote. This subtle shift provided the opportunity to position VotesPA.com as everyone's hero, providing PA voters from all walks of life access to practical, credible voting information and tools.
